EU 679/2016 Regulation General rules on data protection
By signing-up, Coin S.p.A., with registered office in Mestre (VE), via Maderna No.11, 30174, in its role of Data Controller, may use the data that you are providing us when filling out the e-form to manage your purchases, create your personal page on the website and allow you to access services and benefit reserved to subscribers.
Furthermore, if you wish to provide your consent we may also use the data related to your purchases and navigationto learn more about your purchase preferences and tastes, so as to improve our commercial offer and our products, and/or to contact you (by phone, mail, newsletter, e-mail, instant messages, posts, messages or communications of initiatives on social networks, etc.) to keep you updated on products, initiatives, services or to take part in market surveys.
Signing-up and completing your purchases is possible even if you do not wish to provide us with your consent to analyse your purchase preferences and/or receive commercial communications.
The data processing will take place for the entire duration of your subscription and, if you wish to give us the opportunity to learn about your preferences and contact you, it will be based on consents that you will have chosen to provide us, which, however, may be revoked at any time. Instead, the data related to the details of your purchases will be processed for analysis or promotional purposes for a maximum period of 12 or 24 months respectively from the time of their registration.
We would like to remind you that by writing toecommerce@coin.it you can always access your data, update them, delete them, revoke or change your consent, request to receive or transfer your data to another data controller in a format that is structured, commonly used and readable by automatic devices. You also have the right at any time to oppose the processing of your data, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences; moreover, you may file a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the Guarantor of the Privacy (www.garanteprivacy.it) in the country in which you usually reside, work, or the place where the alleged violation has occurred.
