On Wednesday June 8th at 6 p.m. in Bari: the tour stops in the space Cargo Etc of the Coin department store in Bari, in the shopping mall in Casamassima, Via Noicattaro, with a session in the name of cooking tradition and innovation. Main actors: Paolo Marchi, creator and curator of Identità Golose - International Congress dedicated to signature cuisine and pastry making, the well-known chef Felice Sgarra of restaurant Umami in Andria, 1 Michelin Star and architect Vincenzo Del Monaco of Bottega Del Monaco in Grottaglie (TA), the research and manufacturing lab for the design of ceramic products, who has cast an original light on the relationship between food and the objects use to present it on the table, with innovative formal and artistic solutions.
